Radio-Grad is a Radiology Management System designed to provide patient tracking, financial analytics, and automated reporting for medical professionals. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with medical ethics and professional standards.
4. Data Security & HIPAA Compliance
While we implement industry-standard security measures, including HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and encryption, users must ensure their own internal practices also adhere to data protection regulations. We are not liable for breaches resulting from user negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, netalgodev and Radio-Grad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
